As a small brand built on love and dedication, we are currently unable to offer refunds on any of our products — both jewellery and home décor.

We genuinely want you to love what you order, so if you ever have any questions about a product before purchasing — its size, material, finish, or anything at all — please do reach out to us. We would love to help you make the perfect choice before you place your order.

We are ready to provide exchange on jewellery products if you raise an exchange request within 24hrs of receiving your order only if the product is damaged or is not what you ordered.
